Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to abate asbestos-containing materials in the hatchery building. This includes the ceiling sheeting and insulation in the Incubation Room and Mixing Room, as well as all asbestos pipe-wrap in the Mixing Room at the Department's Tokul Creek Hatchery. 15% apprentice utilization requirement.

This project provides for the improvement of King County owned facility D91563 by retrofitting the current detention pond facility to improve the ponds flow control function through an increase in the detention volume, improve the ponds water quality treatment function and provide the associated downstream benefits. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, tree removal, removing and replacing stormwater structures, installing stormwater pipes, connecting to existing structures, restoring sidewalks and roadway pavement, erosion control, landscape planting, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans, these Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, the KCRDCS, and the WSDOT Standard Plans for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. Subcontracting Opportunities: Paving, Traffic Control, Planting, Surveying, Road and ADA.

The Work includes, but is not limited to removal, abatement, cleanup, encapsulation and other methods of managing regulated materials. Saw cutting and core drilling into regulated materials, and the removal of regulated materials during and after such activities. Regulated materials include but are not limited to asbestos, lead containing paint, Polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) caulking, PCB and non-PCB light ballasts, and mold and other biological hazards.

University of Washington, through UW Facilities Project Delivery Group, is requesting Proposals from contractors interested in providing the design, specifications, fabrication, and installation of the Infrastructure Renewal Fire/Life Safety (Fire panels) Project. The state has provided funding for the project, and a priority list of building upgrades has been developed.

Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work. 2. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials 3. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed. 4. Block and seal any existing gable vents from attic interior. 5. Provide and install new CDX plywood deck sheathing and roofing materials according to manufacturers recommended installation specifications. 6. Provide and install all new approved roofing system components: a. Install approved Ice and Water shield roof underlayment to all critical areas and valleys. b. Install approved synthetic roof underlayment. c. Install approved composition roofing system. and other tasks as noted in the bid documents.

In general, the scope includes: 1,050 SF of tenant improvements to (4) restrooms. Improvements include, but are not limited to: demolition of interior and exterior walls and doors; demolition of plumbing fixtures; demolition of ceiling finishes, lighting and mechanical equipment; demolition of floor finishes down to the underlying structure; construction of new walls and hollow metal doors; installation of new ceiling, wall ,and floor finishes; installation of new plumbing fixtures; installation of toilet partitions and restroom accessories; installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

The University of Washington, Medical Center Northwest Hospital Roof Replacement Project is located at 1550 N 115th Street Main Hospital, Seattle, WA 98133. The work of this project is limited to the B-wing roof areas as indicated on the Project Drawings. The goal of this project is to replace the aged and degraded roof membrane. Mandatory apprentice utilization of at least 15% of the total labor hours worked on the contract is required.

There are three (3) sites associated with this project. The work to be performed shall be along the north side of SE Cedar Falls Way from the RRFB crossing located east of Stilson Ave SE to the existing sidewalk at the Cottages at North Bend Development frontage; the east side of SE Orchard Dr from SE 5th St to Orchard Place Townhomes; and the west side of 436th Ave SE from the roundabout at SE 136th St to the roundabout at SE North Bend Way. The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, sidewalk, curb and gutter, bike ramps, curb ramps, surface restoration including construction of a parking lot, storm drain collection and conveyance, JUT construction and other Work as required to complete the Project.

The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct sidewalk improvements along NE Arrowhead Drive, from 64th Avenue NE to NE 151st Street, including curb ramps, reconstruction of impacted driveways, stormwater conveyance, retaining walls, signage, channelization, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pavement grind and overlay, traffic calming measures, and a solar powered rectangular rapid-flashing beacon (RRFB) crossing with solar powered illumination.

Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to service elevators at residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed. Preventive maintenance: Monthly examinations, adjustments, cleaning, and lubrication, with a minimum of 1.0 hour per traction unit and 0.75 hours per hydraulic unit per month, documented in the Maintenance Control Program (MCP). Unlimited callbacks during regular business hours for all units; 24/7 entrapment response at no charge; after hours callbacks included for single-elevator buildings serving dwelling units or key accessible areas subject to Service Level and Performance Metrics (SLA) below. Testing: Perform and coordinate all periodic tests and inspections required by Washington law, adopted codes, and L&I regulations that includes annual (Category 1) and five-year (Category 5) tests; file required forms; schedule third-party witnesses if required. Repairs and parts: Furnish and install all parts and materials (OEM or approved equivalents) necessary to maintain code-compliant operation, excluding Owner-caused damage and extraordinary work authorized in writing.

Construction of approximately 1,900 linear feet of pavement preservation on 154th Avenue NE, including but not limited to pavement grinding, full depth HMA repair, HMA paving, traffic signal loop replacement, cement concrete sidewalk spot replacements, striping, storm drain and manhole frame and grate/cover replacement, impact attenuator replacement, traffic control and other work necessary to complete the project.

Contractor shall mobilize and perform repairs or modifications at various Transit facilities located throughout King County, Washington. Sites may include, but are not limited to, Transit Bases, Park-and-Ride Lots, and Bus Zones. The scope for this project is to install additional CAAMS security access and Emergency Classroom Lockdown Devices (ECLD) to all the lecture halls and/or building doors in Kane Hall. 67 doors in total will be impacted. This includes: - 17 new hardwired CAAMS card readers - 23 new wireless card readers - 11 ADA compliant auto door openers - 16 doors added to current building monitoring system/programming - 22 new Emergency Classroom Lockdown Devices (ECLD). The City of Auburn is soliciting Proposals from qualified consulting teams to provide professional services for the design, survey, additional hydraulic modeling (if necessary), additional geotechnical evaluation and recommendations (if necessary), environmental permitting and approvals, cultural & historical review, and potentially right of way and construction support for the West Main Street Pump Station Upgrade.

The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering and related services to King County Department of Local Services, Road Services Division for the SE High Point Way Culvert Replacement and Fish Passage Improvement Project. The Project shall replace an undersized, perched culvert that currently conveys the East Fork Issaquah Creek beneath SE High Point Way to restore unimpeded fish passage, enhance stream habitat, and improve physical process and ecological function within the watershed. In addition, the project may include replacement of the pedestrian bridge and upstream culvert.

The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct HMA pavement, grind and overlay, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paved bike lane, driveways, channelization, mailbox relocation, retaining walls, storm drainage, and utility casting adjustments.

Wastewater lift station Upgrades: Abandon an existing below-ground lift station structure, meter vault, and associated piping, and replace with new submersible wastewater pumps, pre-cast meter vault, concrete wet well, ductile iron force main, FRP electrical equipment building, and permanent standby generator and gravity sewer piping. Work to include bypass pumping, dewatering, and site grading which will include the installation of a retaining wall as shown on the plans and described herein.. Force main replacement: Install approximately 22 LF of 8-in. class 52 DI force main open trench with connection to existing force main. Work to include traffic control as required.

It includes a re-roof project of approximately 22,000 sf and installing Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (12) twelve new roof top units on D Building of Bellevue College. Work consists of: The demolition of the existing roof assembly and installation of a new roof assembly of modified bitumen membrane. New mechanical curbs for roof top equipment, roof drains, and roof scuppers. Electrical work to support new equipment and to tie into existing fire alarm. Interior replacing of acoustical tile under mechanical equipment as necessary. Contractor to immediately coordinate delivery of new Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed roof top units and equipment per mechanical and electrical documents. The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, pavement removal via planing, pavement overlay and inlay, areas of full-depth pavement repair, road widening, miscellaneous surface restoration, pavement markings, traffic control, and other Work as required to complete the Project.
