The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for Fire Station 25 HVAC and Roofing Upgrades.
The Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the remodel and alteration of approximately 270 square feet of existing facility space adjacent to the Kirkland Justice Center jail booking area, as described in the Project Manual. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; electrical and low-voltage systems; plumbing; concrete work; and associated interior alterations. The Work will be performed within an active, continuously operating jail facility. The Contractor shall coordinate all activities with the Owner and facility staff and shall conduct the Work in a manner that maintains security, safety, and uninterrupted facility operations at all times.
Provide planning, design engineering, environmental, public engagement, engineering support during construction, and final as-builts of the projects. The selected consultant(s) must have the capability to complete the full design and permitting process and provide construction engineering support services. Work is anticipated to begin immediately with preliminary planning and design.
The Snoqualmie Valley School District wishes to contract all services required to construct a new parking lot, including improvements to the existing parking lot at Optstad Elementary School. Work also includes landscaping (groundcover, shrubs, trees, and irrigation), parking lot lighting, and new luminaires and mast arms on existing wood poles in the right-of-way.
This Contract provides for two schedules of work. Schedule A includes asphalt resurfacing of three roadway segments: (1) 2nd Avenue North from Algona Boulevard east approximately 725 linear feet to Seattle Boulevard; (2) Seattle Boulevard from 2nd Avenue North south approximately 425 linear feet to 1st Avenue North; and (3) 3rd Avenue North from Algona Boulevard east approximately 800 linear feet to Main Street. Schedule B includes removing and replacing approximately 570 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer line on 3rd Avenue North and Seattle Boulevard. Improvements also include, but are not specifically limited to, temporary pumping of sanitary sewer, trench patching, removal and reconstruction of limited pavement areas, pavement planing, pavement markings, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items as further shown, described, and indicated in the Contract Documents, and other work.
The Project proposes to install four rectangular rapid flashing beacon crossing at various locations in the City. The general aspects of this work will involve installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons, high visibility crosswalk markings, signing, pavement markings, and curb ramps as needed.
The work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to perform demolition, lead and asbestos abatement, and well decommissioning at various sites within the County. Structures will be homes, mobile homes and various non-residential structures throughout the County with some located along river and floodplain acquired spaces. Work orders will have various needs and will be included in each work order. These sites will later be returned to a natural state by restoration teams or other groups within King County. 8% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract.
This contract provides for the preparation and installation of Slurry Seal Type II to existing asphalt streets, pavement marking removal and replacement, street surface preparation, herbicide application, vegetation trimming, street sweeping and other work.
This project provides for the improvement of 3.43 miles of roadway in the Cities of Normandy Park, Maple Valley, Lake Forest Park, and unincorporated King County by removal of pavement markings, raised and recessed pavement markers, planning bituminous surfaces, pavement repair excavation, placing crushed surfacing, paving with hot mix asphalt, erosion control, and other work. 15% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement.
Requires planing bituminous pavement, pavement repair, paving with hot mix asphalt (HMA), pavement marking, striping, bridge deck repair, signing, traffic loops, closed circuit television (CCTV) installation, temporary traffic control and other work. Involves 47 items and 64 working days. Work class 4, asphalt concrete paving. A federally funded contract with a 22% federal small business enterprise goal.
Substantial alteration of an existing two-story building with a basement.
Work to be performed includes the construction of a five-leg roundabout at the intersection of NW 8th Street and W North Bend Way. Additional construction activities will consist of, but are not limited to, installation of stormwater collection, treatment and infiltration facilities; roadway illumination; landscaping; wetland/stream buffer mitigation; pavement markings and erosion control measures.
This project consists of the following elements of work: Demolition of five existing structures : 18,690 SF warehouse, 2,400 SF garage, 2,200 SF shed, crane and crane tower, and a metal framed wheelhouse on an existing boat dock; retirement of existing utilities, removal, handling, and disposal of regulated building materials including: asbestos, lead-containing paint (LCP), Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBS), Mercury-Containing Light Tubes, and Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs); construction stormwater and erosion control; contaminated soil removal, handling, and disposal, and vegetation and tree protection.
The City is soliciting bids from licensed contractors to provide labor and material to complete tree canopy expansion and install temporary irrigation system across three (3) city sites. Provide labor and materials to complete site preparation, plant trees and/or shrubs per detail, install a temporary irrigation system or seasonal watering as specified per site, and provide three (3) years of maintenance on a total of 40,000 sf of property at three separate work sites in Redmond, WA.
