The project will replace the existing 8-inch diameter PVC piping with approximately 900 linear feet of new 12-inch ductile iron piping along NE 152nd Street (also known as Bruett Road), from the intersection of 3rd Ave NE to the corner of 26919 NE 252nd Street.

The City of Kirkland is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to furnish and install permanent decorative lighting infrastructure within designated downtown areas. The intent is to establish a contract for the installation of a permanent downtown lighting system and to establish optional pricing for ongoing system maintenance within the public right-of-way and other City-owned downtown locations.

The County intends to procure a progressive design-build team to provide services for this project. The Central Campus Zero Emissions (CCZE) Project builds upon the success and lessons learned from Metros Tukwila Base Electrification (TBE) Project, leveraging insights into electric bus standards and design requirements. A critical aspect of the project is ensuring seamless coordination between the development of services, facilities, and infrastructure in conjunction with the procurement of new ZEBs meeting specifications and operational needs. By addressing these elements, the CCZE Project aims to continue Metros initiative to establish a scalable and efficient model for electrifying Metros fleet, setting the stage for a sustainable and emissions-free transit fleet.

The intent of this solicitation is to establish a five (5) year contract, with optional years after with ST discretion, to provide personnel, materials, equipment, and reports to perform bridge and tunnel inspections on Link Light Rail alignment. The initial term of the contract to be awarded is expected to be (5) year(s). Sound Transit will evaluate the option to extend for (2) additional one-year period(s) at Sound Transit's discretion. Sound Transit estimates that $3,000,000 in task orders will be awarded within the first year. However, all task orders are dependent upon funding through the relevant project budget. A minimum amount of work is guaranteed for each contract awarded pursuant to this solicitation.

The work includes a 2inch grind and overlay on sections of Ridge Street, Eagle Lake Drive, Pickering Court, Maple Street, Maple Avenue, Fir Street, Spruce Place, Meadowbrook Way, and the Fisher Creek Park parking lot. All areas to be restriped to match the existing markings.

1. Good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work. 2. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 50% of plywood deck sheathing as well as 100LF of fascia board. 3. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed. 4. Block and seal any existing gable vents from attic interior. 5. Provide and install new CDX plywood deck sheathing and roofing materials according to manufacturers recommended installation specifications. 6. Provide and install all new approved roofing system components: a. Install approved Ice and Water shield roof underlayment to all critical areas and valleys. b. Install approved synthetic roof underlayment. c. Install approved composition roofing system. 7. Install Metal Roof Vent with minimum 50 sq.in Net Free Area ventilation. Total free area of ventilation must meet code requirements for attic ventilation. 8. Install Cor-A-Vent IN-Vent Attic Roof Vent or approved equal. Block eave vents after installation. 9. Install all metal 24-gauge flashing components according to manufacturers recommendations including roof penetration flashing, roof to wall flashing, eave and rake flashings and W-Valley flashing. 10. Install permanent fall arrest/restraint roof anchors and all other accessory items to complete the installation and maintenance of the roof in a safe and secure manner. 11. Install new fascia boards where there is any decay or rot that would prevent the exterior paint to be applied and warranted. Include painting of all fascia prior to installation of new gutters.12. Install new 5 K-style aluminum gutters and 2x3 aluminum downspouts to match existing locations. 13. Haul away and dispose of all debris and demolished materials. 14. Include painting all b-vent flashings, roof accessories and lead pipe flashings as needed. 15. Daily cleaning and final cleaning of all trash and debris. 16. Prevailing wage rates to be included. 17. Acceptable roofing products must meet these warranty requirements: Contractors workmanship warranty for a period of two (2) years from final completion. Subcontractors labor and materials for a period of two (2) years from final completion. Roofing manufacturers warranty of 100% materials and labor for five (5) years without proration or reductions. Roofing manufacturers 40-year warranty for materials. 18. Provide all applicable permits.

Provide for the Work as shown in the Contract Documents, including all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the Project. Work Summary: a. Miscellaneous landscaping improvements around campus. b. Work includes landscape and irrigation improvements, lawn improvements, tree removal, irrigation mainline, wiring repair, and head replacement in multiple locations around campus. Project includes preparation of roadway surface, application of slurry seal, removal and installation of pavement markings, as well as complex traffic control and management to accommodate work in highly populated areas.

Work includes, but not be limited to: Construction of approximately 2,100 LF of 16-inch ductile iron water main along 164th Ave SE, including installation of valves, fittings, and appurtenances; installation of two pre-packaged pressure reducing valve (PRV) stations; installation of additional 12-inch pipe loop at the Kentwood High School PRV site; installation of associated storm drainage systems, electrical conduits and cabinet, and cubing stations; connection to existing water mains at multiple locations including cut-in tees and tie-ins; and surface restoration including asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, and associated improvements.

The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the 2026 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT. This contract work includes, but is not limited to the preparation and installation of Slurry Seal Type II to existing asphalt streets, pavement marking removal and replacement, street surface preparation, herbicide application, vegetation trimming, street sweeping and other work

The Riverside HVOC Site In Situ Groundwater Treatment proposes to apply treatment components to achieve compliance with the groundwater cleanup standards outlined in the Model Toxics Control Act. The general aspects of this work will involve application of in situ groundwater treatment components via direct push injection, and monitoring well installation and decommissioning.

Remove existing and anticipated obstructions consisting of different species of trees around Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, replant trees of compatible species in appropriate locations to perform obstruction management and prevent establishment of future obstructions. Obstructions include any objects penetrating, or will penetrate within five years, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-designated approach and departure surfaces. Constraints include Bird Migration and planting schedules and 2 years plant maintenance at Mathison Park. WMBE Goal 10%
