The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and other misc items to install remove existing cement concrete sidewalk, precast cement concrete pedestrian crossing, asphalt and subgrade; pre subgrade, place and compact top course, remove and reinstall brick paver sidewalk, install cement concrete curb rams, install asphalt, install precast cement concrete pedestrian crossing, widen existing tree wells, repair and improve irrigation, plant trees, and other misc items necessary to complete the project.
