1. Reardan High School is located at 215 East Spokane Avenue in Reardan, WA. The existing school and site will remain in use during construction. 2. Maintain an operational and occupied existing school and site during the school year; which includes safety egress, access and utilities. Contractor will have access to the school during summer break, in coordination with the owner. During the school year, up to two classrooms may be taken off-line at a time to complete the work in a phased manner. 3. There is no off-site work anticipated with this project. 4. The work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical systems and all necessary and required work to complete the project as described in the contract documents. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total hours are a requirement of the construction contract.

The project generally consists of rehabilitation of two existing lift stations including: receiving and installing Owner Furnished Pump System (OFCI), demolition of existing facilities, rehabilitation of existing concrete wet wells, electrical and controls, piping and valving, connection to existing force main, site improvements and surface restoration, water service, and associated work.

This Contract includes a Base Bid and one Additive Bid. The Base Bid work generally consists of asphalt pavement patching, pre-leveling, and scrub seal over approximately 113,850 SY of existing asphalt roadways, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions.
