Description
For qualified contractors who wish to receive bidding information and to be considered for public works projects estimated to cost less than $350,000 be established. For contractors who wish to be placed on the District's Small Works Roster for calendar year 2026. In order to qualify, the following requirements must be met: 1) Registered contractor in the State of Washington; 2) Be able to provide bond and proof of insurance; 3) Pay employees in accordance with Prevailing Wage Rates; 4) Comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination and affirmative action.
