Installation of self adhering ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment and Malarkey Legacy asphalt shingles, 24-gauge pre-finished eave, rake, valley, step flashing and roof to wall flashings, new lead pipe boots at all plumbing vents, new ridge vent.
