Description

The scope of this project generally involves the renovation of 3 buildings, Olympic - 7,186 SF, Pacific - 7,186 SF and Rainier - 7,186 SF for resident facilities (O/P/R). The scope for O/P/R includes selective demolition of interior walls, ceilings, finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. New scope includes new wall, floor and ceiling finishes and modifications to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunication systems, fire alarm and fire sprinkler. The project scope also includes the renovation of one restroom within the Multi-Services Building Clinic - 106 SF (M). The scope for M includes demolition of interior walls, ceilings, finishes, and selective demo of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. New scope includes new wall, floor and ceiling finishes and modifications to mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project scope also includes the replacement of the fire alarm system within the Multi-Services Building - 31,925 SF (M). The project scope also includes the creation of three outdoor patient spaces outside Olympic, Pacific, and Rainier (O/P/R) buildings. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
