The project scope includes Roughly 15,200 sf existing two-story warehouse building tenant improvement project with approximately 4,000 sf on added floor area at the second floor within the existing footprint. Tenant improvements include converting existing offices and warehouse space into the new Port of Olympia Headquarters office space and commission meeting room. Scope includes; offices and public reception counter, elevated commission dias, new two-story elevator, new finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression updates. Tenant Improvement Includes minor exterior wall modifications, and minor site work.
