In general, the scope includes: 1. Division 09 Finishes: a. Execute minor finish repairs at areas of work. Repair and patch all new wall or soffit penetrations. b. 2. Replace Elevator Cab flooring and wall panel finishes. Division 14 Vertical Transportation a. Provide upgrades to existing 2-stop elevator as documented. 3. Division 26 Electrical: a. Perform necessary low voltage and power work associated scope. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
