Description

Scope includes: Selective repair of existing cracks and punctures in EIFS surfaces.. Cleaning, preparation, and recoating of existing EIFS wall and soffit surfaces with new acrylic coatings. Installation of new reinforced EIFS lamina with colored topcoat at select wall surfaces per exterior elevations. Removal and replacement of sealant joint and backer-rod at horizontal deflection joints. Removal and replacement of sealant joint and backer-rod at vertical control joints. Cleaning, preparation, and coating of existing sheet metal sill flashings. Selective sealant joint replacement at canopy and roof ladder penetrations. Removal and reinstallation of existing wall mounted appurtenances including signage, controls, and devices. Selective removal and replacement of existing landscaping as needed to complete repairs. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
