Description

In general, the scope includes: Replacement of two condensing, gas-fired boilers at the Campus Cetner and one condensing, gas-fired boilers at Building G. In addition, the piping, duct, concrete pads, and accessories will also have to be reconfigured to allow connections to the new boilers and to meet all manufacturers requirements. Scope of Alterations work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
