In general the project includes construction of one (1) baseball field with associated amenities and fencing, and one (1) ADA parking pad, landscaping, and ADA accessibility walkways.

Project will remove both of the existing gateway signs at the entrance to the Tri-Cities Campus and in front of the Wine Science Center. Construct new concrete and basalt signs at each location. There is electric at both locations which power the lights for the signs, and that will need to be removed and reinstalled. Landscaping around the signs will need to be restored to match existing. Alt 1 third gateway sign on corner of University Drive & Crimson Way.

The City is soliciting bids for approximately 202,000 square feet of road oiling and dust control. The product specified for this project is emulsified asphalt. Bids must include product information and specifications, the price per square foot, and any applicable taxes.
