Description. The Project is located at Newhall Community Park, City of Concord, California. The work consists of mobilization; traffic control; public convenience; installation of construction fencing; storm water pollution and erosion control; clearing and grubbing, tree trimming, tree and root protection; protection of existing improvements; removal and installation of existing signs; removal of benches; dredging of approximately 4,500 cubic yards of material from the upper pond and 5,500 cubic yards of material from the lower pond including filtering, drying and spreading of dredged material; landscape improvements with new temporary irrigation; miscellaneous storm drain improvements; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual.

This project includes structural masonry reconstruction, full or partial replacement of the plumbing system, required electrical repairs, installation of a new commercial door and frame system, and comprehensive surface preparation and painting. All repaired and impacted areas shall be restored to match existing adjacent finishes. The objective of this project is to return the facility to a safe, functional, and code-compliant condition while maintaining the original appearance and durability of the structure.

Pest Control Services

The work consists of constructing and restoring approximately 3,500 acres of wetlands on Webb Tract, including building and heightening berms, modifying toe-ditches, grading, constructing access roads, constructing water control structures, clearing and grubbing, furnishing and planting vegetation, and other appurtenant work as specified and shown on the drawings.

The project will consist of installing traffic striping, pavement markings and markers and traffic calming devices including all work shown on the project plans

The work generally consists of renovation of approximately 11,600 LF of gravity sewer mains varying in size from 6-inch to 24-inch trunk sewers. Renovation methods include, open cut trench, pipe burst, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and horizontal directional drilling methods.

Description: The work consists of mobilization, traffic control, installation of fiber optic communications infrastructure including fiber optic cable, conduit, pull boxes, splice closures, and patch panels, fiber optic splicing and testing, utility locating and potholing, and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans. he Project is located along Oak Grove Road between Monument Boulevard and Ygnacio Valley High School Driveway in City of Concord, California.

The Project proposes a series of improvements to signal hardware (cabinets, signal heads, signal pole, loops, backplates, controllers, backup battery systems, and cameras), installing streetlights, roadway segment improvements, ADA curb ramp improvements, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, and upgrading pedestrian crossings with enhanced safety features along Harbor Street from Buchanan Road to East 3rd Street. The total project budget, including design and construction, is approximately $2,612,700 (two million six hundred twelve). All right-of-way required for the Project is currently owned and operated by the City. The Project will be scaled to remain within the Project budget, and the City will cover the match required for the improvements in the jurisdiction. The consultant is expected to analyze the existing roadway and recommend cost-effective safety improvements

Scope of Work: This Project involves removing and replacing the playground and adjacent paving and landscaping. Install a new drainage system. Remove and replace paving for the new fire lane and student drop-off. Provide miscellaneous accessibility upgrades.

The Pittsburg Marina is located at the confluence of the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers. See attached map for the project location. The marina sheds are equipped with galvanized rain gutter systems that have experienced significant corrosion due to long-term exposure to marine environmental conditions. The deterioration has resulted in reduced functionality and maintenance challenge.
