General work description: Install transportation management system (TMS) elements.

The project consists of the rehabilitation and coating of twenty-six (26) manholes with varying depths, the lining. Including the installation of temporary flow through sewage bypass system, manhole cleaning, surface preparation, mineral deposit removal, concrete spot repairs, infiltration mitigation, manhole coating and testing, traffic control and all related work on file with the Citys Public Works Department.

Scope of Work: A. Contractor shall pour a concrete pad measuring 42 feet in length x 10 feet in width, 6 inches below the top of asphalt and 6 inches above asphalt. This slab will accommodate a Conex box, measuring 40 feet in length x 8 feet in width. B. Contractor shall compact existing native base to 6 inches. C. Contractor shall install #4 rebar at 12 inches each way. D. Contractor to use 4000 psi concrete mix. E. Contractor shall broom finish the new concrete area with medium finish. F. Contractor shall apply clear concrete cure.
