General work description: Construct concrete barriers and modify ramp metering system.

The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of the contractor purchasing and installing Toro DXi Central Irrigation Controllers with Laguna software in various locations throughout the City of Newport Beach.

The project includes constructing a new 12 sewer gravity main, and three new 60 diameter manholes in and near the intersection of Harbor Boulevard & Wilson Street, in Costa Mesa California. The contractor will be required to apply for and obtain a Public Works Encroachment Permit from the City of Costa Mesa for the work in the public Right-of-way. Work in the intersection will have to be performed at night. The City of Costa Mesa has a moratorium on construction activities during the Orange County Fair from July 17 through August 16. No work in the street will be allowed during that time, and those dates will not be counted as part of the 60-day time to complete the work on the project. The contractor will have to make their own arrangements for temporary equipment and material storage for the project. The city will not allow overnight storage of construction equipment and materials in the public right-of-way.

The City of Laguna Beach is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing Wildfire Mitigation Vegetation Reduction Services. The objective of this Request for Proposal solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified Contractor whose proposal best complies with the requirements of this RFP and any attachments, including the Scope of Services specified in Attachment A, and provides the most comprehensive solution for the Citys needs. This RFP and the attached Scope of Services collectively make up the Project. The successful Contractor will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City for the duration of the Project. City of Anaheim desires the services of a qualified professional audio-visual Contractor to furnish and install audio/visual equipment in four conference rooms.

The project consists of removing/pulling pump, pressure grouting the existing/abandoned 6 private water well from the bottom of total depth (approximately 150) to 5 from surface and remove and cap top 5, removing the approximate 2,000 gallon water tank and concrete support pad(s), removing the power drop pole that served the well, properly disposing of all abandoned equipment, general site cleanup, and completing and providing all asbuilt drawing information and completing all work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Huntington Beach is seeking proposals for the replacement of restroom facilities, or the modification and repair of existing restroom trailers at the Huntington Beach Navigation Center, a 164-bed congregate shelter serving individuals experiencing homelessness. The current facilities are outdated, inadequate, and do not meet modern hygiene, accessibility, or operational standards. This project aims to install temporary, modern restroom facilities to improve hygiene, accessibility, and the overall quality of life for shelter residents. The Navigation Center, located at 17642 Beach Boulevard, includes a large Sprung Structure for sleeping quarters, portable restroom and shower trailers, and manufactured office, dining, and meeting spaces. These temporary facilities are designed to provide essential services while accommodating the specific needs of the homeless population in Huntington Beach. Permanent structures cannot be built at this time; therefore, modular, trailer-based, or similar solutions are required.

The City of Los Alamitos proposes to grind and overlay various residential streets throughout the City as part of the gutter and lifted sidewalk to correct drainage. ADA curb ramps will be modified to current codes as necessary for accessibility. The project includes the following street: Reagan St from Farquhar Ave to Katella Ave.

The City of Brea is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing landscape maintenance services located at Wildcatters Park, Maintenance District #1, Maintenance District #3, Maintenance District #6, Maintenance District #7, Medians, Greenbelts, Entry Markers, Parkways and Parks (mowing). These services will be provided on a scheduled basis as set forth in EXHIBIT A - Scope of Services. The objective of this Request for Proposals is to identify the most qualified proposer(s) to provide these services over the course of a three-year base term, with option of four (4) one-year per period extensions. The City of Santa Ana (CSA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Design-Build services to renovate Cabrillo Park restrooms and concession building to meet latest ADA and building codes, along with associated site and utility work. For purposes of this RFP, any reference to Consultant or Contractor shall be construed to mean the Progressive Design-Builder (DB) team. This interpretation shall not modify or limit any definitions contained in the resulting Agreement. The Scope of work includes, but is not limited to utility investigation (sewer, water, electrical), civil engineering, preparation of plans, specifications and estimate, selective demolition of existing restroom facilities, construction of restroom facilities, structural elements, lighting, plumbing fixtures, restroom accessories, and finishes for the building interior and exterior, utility connections, and completion of adjacent site improvements.

The Costa Mesa Sanitary District is soliciting/requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to conduct digital closed-circuit, television video (CCTV) along with NASSCO assessment rating of the District sewer system. The goal will be to conduct CCTV video of each pipeline (100%) over a five-year period; about 30-percent of the sewer pipeline CCTV work will be conducted during the first year, then 15 to 20-percent each year thereafter. In addition, the District is also requesting periodic, on-call, CCTV video services. This on-call service may result in up to 5 to 10- percent of additional CCTV assignments each year. It is estimated, but not guaranteed, that the contractor will perform between 35 and 65 miles of CCTV work along with using a pole-camera for the associated Level 1 MACP inspection each year of the Agreement period and/or Agreement extension(s). Level 2 NASSCO MACP inspections may be substituted for the Level 1 MACP inspections.
