In general, the work comprises of mobilization, clearing & grubbing, sawcut, removal and reconstruction of asphalt concrete (A.C.) pavement, grind and overlay, removal and replacement of A.C. berms and curbs, Caltrans traffic loop replacements, weed killing and crack sealing, application of Type I and Type II slurry seal, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, pavement striping and markings, utility adjustments, and other miscellaneous improvements as required to complete the contemplated scope of work on downtown streets in the City of Laguna Beach.

The County of Orange is seeking bids from qualified vendors to perform Fire and Smoke Damper Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair Services for approximately one hundred fifty-nine (159) fire dampers, fourteen (14) smoke dampers, and three (3) combination fire/smoke dampers at The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation located at 2 Glenmere Cove Road, Goshen, New York 10924

The proposed project constructs an 18-inch diameter storm drain pipeline within a new easement along westerly property line of APN 650-301-23. This new pipeline replaces the existing eroded 18-inch corrugated metal pipe in a different alignment. The existing storm drain pipe shall be abandoned in place and filled with slurry in accordance with the approved plans.

The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Reinforced concrete bridge abutment construction; reinforced concrete bridge superstructure; bridge curb/barrier with stainless steel railing with incorporated safety lighting; accent lighting, electrical work; concrete approach slabs; signing; striping; clearing and grubbing; asphalt and concrete removal; unclassified excavation; miscellaneous base and structural backfill; fine grading; asphalt paving; water quality BMP installation; and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the specifications.

Schedule A: Bolsa Avenue Rehabilitation: The project segment for the Street Improvements is Bolsa Avenue from Bolsa Chica Street to Goldenwest Street. The street segment improvements consists primarily of cold milling of the existing pavement, deep lift removal of failed roadway sections, asphalt base paving, rubberized asphalt concrete (RAC) surface course paving, type II slurry, Full Depth Reclamation with Cement Stabilized Pulverized Base, limited removal and installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, curb access ramps, pedestrian push buttons, cross gutters, driveway approaches, reconstructing local depression, tree replacements and landscaping, installing composite manholes and valves to grade, and installing traffic loops with striping and signage. Schedule B: Frankfort Avenue Storm Drain Improvement: The project area is at the intersection of Frankfort Avenue and White Sand Street. The storm drain improvements on Frankfort Avenue consists of the installation of new HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipe; replacement of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and local depression; construction of new catch basin; HDPE to concrete catch basin connection; replacement of asphalt base and surface course; and cold mill of affected areas as noted on the plans. Schedule C: 10th Street Alley Improvement: The project segment for the 10th Street alley improvement is from Olive Avenue to Orange Avenue between 9th Street and 10th Street. Alley improvements consist of; adjustments to water meters, water valves, manholes, and other utilities; installation of redwood headers; and pavement grind and overlay. Schedule D: Downtown Alley Improvements: The project segment for the 9th Street alley improvement is from Walnut Avenue to Olive Avenue between 8th Street and 9th Street. The project segment for the 11th Street alley improvement is from Orange Avenue to Pecan Avenue between 10th Street and 11th Street. The project segment for the 10th Street alley improvement is from Orange Avenue to Pecan Avenue and Walnut Avenue to Olive Avenue between 9th Street and 10th Street. Alley improvements consist of; adjustments to water meters, water valves, manholes, and other utilities; installation of redwood headers; and pavement grind and overlay.

The City of Tustin is seeking professional engineering consulting services for the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Engineers Estimate (PS&E) for the Jamboree Road (Michelle Drive to Portola Parkway) rehabilitation and improvement project. The Consultant shall prepare a streamlined, bid-ready PS&E package appropriate for a 2-mile arterial rehabilitation project, avoiding unnecessary sheet proliferation while maintaining full compliance with City standards and federal funding requirements. The project includes pavement resurfacing on Jamboree Road between Michelle Drive and Portola Parkway in collaboration with City of Irvine. Notable improvements include localized removal and reconstruction of asphalt failure areas; cold milling and overlay of the asphalt surface course; replacement of curb ramps to be ADA compliant; adjustment of utility covers to grade; replacement of traffic signal detector loops; replacement of pavement markers and striping; and bicycle lane improvements with green pavement to enhance safety at conflict point with vehicular travel.

Notice is hereby given that the Brea Olinda Unified School District will receive electronic bids submitted on the Districts online bidding platform, PlanetBids, for the Brea Olinda High School Gym Floor Replacement Project. The project consists of removal and replacement of the existing wood athletic flooring in the main gymnasium (Building C) at Brea Olinda High School, including demolition, surface preparation, installation of new wood athletic flooring, court striping, and associated work as indicated in the plans and specifications.

Minimum frequency and tasks to be in accordance with all manufacture specifications and recommendations, County tasks and duties, State, Federal, Local laws, and regulatory requirements. In addition to routine scheduled service and planned corrective maintenance, Contractor shall be available for emergency services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three-hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. Contractor shall perform scheduled and on-call tasks and duties at the following service locations and upon request by the County, may respond to various other locations not listed for as-needed services, to include any current or future Sheriff maintained facility.
