Project Description: The Project Management Contractor (PM Contractor) shall assist in and be responsible for the oversight, administration, and management of projects. This Scope of Services outlines the responsibilities, activities, and deliverables that will be assigned to the PM Contractor. At a minimum, the PM Contractor shall provide Project Management Services for the duration of the Contract, including all resources necessary to perform Project Management services such as estimation, scheduling and project control. Scope of Services: The construction of new sound walls along the West side of Northgate Boulevard at various locations between the intersections of Wilson Avenue & Rio Tierra Avenue.
