The City of Greeley is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management (CM) and Owners Representative (OR) services on an on-call, task-order basis for public infrastructure and facilities projects. The selected firm(s) will support the Owner during design, pre-construction, construction, and project closeout phases. Services will be authorized through individual task orders based on project-specific needs.
All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for the Town of Lochbuie ADA Accessible Crosswalks. Across five (5) intersections are fifteen (15) multi-directional or unidirectional ADA ramps will be replaced with CDOT Type 2 bi-directional ramps, and eight (8) new CDOT Type 2 bi-directional ramps will be constructed. An as-built survey is required to confirm that all new ramps conform to ADA and CDOT standards. Additionally, the work includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, traffic control, erosion control and stabilization, and surveying.

The Town of Hudson in collaboration with the Hudson Public Library is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk services for a 12,000 sq ft library expansion/renovation and a new 15,000 sq ft police station to the adjacent lot to the South. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the process for selecting a Design Consultant with demonstrated experience in similar projects and the capacity to deliver comprehensive design and construction administration services.
The Library expansion/renovation will include, but is not limited to, a flexible community room about double the size of their current community room, garage for 2 library vehicles, family restroom, staff breakroom, makerspace and arts & crafts rooms, and possibly a drive-up book drop. This space will allow for the growing community to have a place to gather. The library has completed a feasibility assessment indicating the need for an addition, see Exhibit 3.1.
The police station will include, but is not limited to, administrative and staff workspaces, investigative & secure operational functions, training, and public facing areas. The construction will support modern law enforcement operations as well as provide safe, welcoming areas for community members. Law enforcement operations will include controlled-access areas for evidence handling, temporary holding, and vehicle processing, as well as administrative area for command staff, training rooms, fitness areas, locker rooms, and building support services. The Town of Hudson has completed a programming assessment identifying the location of police station, see Exhibit 3.2. Proposing firms shall, at a minimum, demonstrate their understanding of the project, relevant experience, and proposed methodology for meeting the criteria noted in this RFP as well as completing the Proposal Form attached. Shortlisted firms may be invited to participate in an interview process.
