Description
The project consists of the construction of a right turn lane located at the intersection of Northwest U.S. Highway 441 and Northwest 104th Terrace. All work will be confined to and shall occur within the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) right-of-way. The scope includes Contractor obtaining all required permits, implementing Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) and coordinating with FDOT as necessary for work performed within the state right-of-way. Construction activities include, but are not limited to, roadway paving, site grading, pavement striping, signage installation, and associated utility improvements required to support the construction and safe operation of the right turn lane. All work conducted by Contractor shall be performed in accordance with applicable FDOT standards, specifications and permitting requirements.
