Description
The Airport Authority is currently in the planning phase for Commercial Development. This Invitation to Negotiate is focused on the Commerce Park and an available land parcel in the northwest quadrant of the airport. There are over 100 acres of land ready for development for both aeronautical and non-aeronautical use. Aeronautical Use Land Available: 64.51 acres (EXHIBIT A) Non-Aeronautical Use Land Available: 50.79 acres (EXHIBIT A) and 8.11 acres (EXHIBIT B) SAA requests interested parties present their development plans for non-exclusive rights to build, develop and operate commercial businesses for aeronautical and/or non-aeronautical use. EXHIBIT D contains conceptual layouts for visual aid only. Actual layouts will depend on the needs of the proposer.
