The Bid Documents include all of the citys documents provided to bidders in the Request for Proposals, and all of the Consultants documents submitted in response to the request for Proposals, and such documents are attached as Exhibit A. This Agreement along with all Exhibits are referred to in Sections 2 & 3 of the Bid Documents as the Formal Contract, and the Bid Documents and this Formal Contract shall collectively be hereinafter referred to as the Contract Documents. The work contemplated herein is described in the Bid Documents as the Scope of Services, and the Consultants Proposals are open-ended in that the City may select any portion of the work at any time during this Agreement when such work is needed by the City. Nevertheless, Consultant understands that the City may never request such work.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the Sheriffs Substation Roof Replacement. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a complete, code compliant, and fully functional roofing system. All work necessary to complete the project shall be included, whether specifically stated or reasonably implied. Contractor shall verify all existing conditions, measurements, and quantities prior to submission.
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall comply with all applicable Florida Building Code requirements and manufacturer specifications Contractor shall provide full-time, competent supervision on site at all times Contractor shall maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards Contractor shall provide all required safety measures including signage, barriers, and fall protection Contractor shall provide sanitary facilities for workers Work may be performed Monday-Saturday from 7:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. Overtime rates will not be paid and shall not be submitted as part of the bid Roof and wall attachments/appurtenances (A/C, fire sprinkler, antenna, conduits, etc.) shall be removed and reinstalled by the Contractor, or a subcontractor hired by the roofing Contractor Additional project details may be discussed at the pre-bid conference Permit fees shall be included in the bid
2. MOBILIZATION AND SITE PROTECTION Mobilize and prepare site for construction Protect all building openings during construction Provide temporary weather protection as required Protect surrounding property, vehicles, landscaping, and structures Maintain clean and safe jobsite at all times Provide daily cleanup and final cleanup upon completion
3. DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL Contractor shall: Remove and properly dispose of existing metal roofing system including: o Batten lock metal roof panels o Existing underlayment and felt paper o Fasteners and associated components Remove and dispose of all flashing and roof accessories as required and properly disposed of at the expense of the Contractor

The Airport Authority is currently in the planning phase for Commercial Development. This Invitation to Negotiate is focused on the Commerce Park and an available land parcel in the northwest quadrant of the airport. There are over 100 acres of land ready for development for both aeronautical and non-aeronautical use. Aeronautical Use Land Available: 64.51 acres (EXHIBIT A) Non-Aeronautical Use Land Available: 50.79 acres (EXHIBIT A) and 8.11 acres (EXHIBIT B) SAA requests interested parties present their development plans for non-exclusive rights to build, develop and operate commercial businesses for aeronautical and/or non-aeronautical use.
