This project scope will include cleaning and sealing concrete surface and deck expansion joints, rehab, and restore spalled areas. Contractor is responsible for complying with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications. Bidders must be an FDOT prequalified contractor.

The roofing work includes replacement of deteriorated modified bitumen low-slope roofing systems. Install modified bitumen interply, 80 mil PVC hybrid roofing and flashing system to provide a manufacturer's 20 year NDL warranty. Cleaning and evaluation of existing steep-slope roofing under the base bid, installation of new properly sized gutters and downspouts, repairs of the dome and cupola including sealing open seams, corrosion repair, ornamental metal restoration. The interior preservation work includes plaster and trim repairs, repainting of interior wood and plaster surfaces, refinishing of historic wood floors and stairs, restoration of door and window hardware, reattachment of sash weights, repair of stamped metal ceilings at HVAC diffusers, installation of HVAC duct insulation, and replacement of deteriorated attic insulation, with new.

This project is for the construction services for widening and resurfacing and widening of CR 149 Boston Highway from SR 57 (US 319) FL/GA Parkway to Still Road. The scope will include (2) 12' travel lanes and 3' paved shoulders. Drainage improvements will include evaluating all driveway side drain pipes and miter-end sections due to their condition and to keep drainage connectivity, as needed. Signage exists within the project limits and will be evaluated to determine the need for additional signs, correcting redundant or conflicting signage and the replacement of existing signage, as needed. New thermoplastic striping and RPM's will also be included in the project. All work will be completed within existing right of way.
