The City of Key West is requesting conceptual proposals from qualified private entities for a potential Public-Private Partnership (P3) involving the redevelopment, rehabilitation, financing, operation, maintenance, and adaptive reuse of the Historic Diesel Plant. Through this solicitation, the City seeks to identify an experienced private partner and evaluate conceptual redevelopment approaches, business terms, financing concepts, operational models, preservation strategies, and public benefit commitments. The City is not requesting final design work, signed and sealed design documents, construction drawings, permit-ready plans, or a final design-build proposal as part of this solicitation.

The Scope of Work consists of the replacement of Tubbys Creek Bridge #904982 and Mosquito Creek Bridge #904984 on Card Sound Road (CR 905A). Work for both projects will proceed concurrently.

The Project Scope of Work includes the repair and repointing of existing historic masonry brick at Fort East Martello Tower. The Contractor is to match existing brick and mortar exactly.

The scope of work for this project consists of furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of two new 17.4 diameter SDR17 effluent disposal wells cased to 90 deep and after they are installed and tested, abandon the three existing effluent disposal wells at the City of Marathon Area 5 Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The Area 5 WWTP is located at 506 106th Street Gulfside off US Highway 1. The City of Marathon is installing these new disposal wells so they are located in closer proximity to the future pump station which is still in the design process.
