Description
The successful Respondent shall be required to demolish and remove the existing 13,100 SF hangar and concrete slab constructed in 1985, construct a new hangar, not less than 13,000 SF (meeting current building codes) for aircraft storage. SCOPE. Current building codes may require site elevation changes and drainage modifications for grade changes. The successful Florida Keys Marathon International Airport Hangar RFP Page 16 of 59 Respondent shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete this project.
