Okaloosa Gas District (District) is seeking qualified environmental consulting firms (Consultant) to submit bids for an open contract to provide professional environmental permitting services for the proposed 26-016 Perdido Natural Gas Pipeline Project located in Escambia County, Florida. All bidders are responsible for making their own estimates of the work required and for becoming familiar with the conditions that may affect performance of the Contract, including local site conditions, access, weather, and other contingencies. Each bidder must thoroughly review the provided exhibits and the contents of this Bid Specification prior to submitting a proposal.
