Description
The City of Fort Walton, Florida is seeking a licensed Florida General Contractor to construct the replacement of existing process piping and miscellaneous building improvements at the Citys existing Well #3A. The project will include the removal and replacement of existing interior water piping, valves, and appurtenances within the Well #3A building, in addition to the removal and replacement of yard piping, valves, and appurtenances outside of the building. The project also includes miscellaneous building improvements, including but not limited to, door replacements, window replacement, electrical improvements, and the installation of HVAC system. The project will include all piping, valves, appurtenances, vaults, pipe supports, concrete, building improvements, all related site civil and electrical work, and all other items as detailed within the contract documents.
