The City of Clearwater is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide Disaster Recovery Consulting Services in accordance with applicable regulations by the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA).

The Scope of Work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of installing fencing, gate operators and handrails. The awarded Company will provide all the necessary services, tools, equipment required to furnish and install all fence work as indicated on each projects drawings. The Contractor shall have a Florida Fence Erection Installation License.

The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select an Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor. The work shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform directional boring technology, as well as provide hand trenching services for the installation of conduits used for, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing and irrigation installations at various locations countywide, on an as needed basis, per specifications. The awarded contractor must provide an emergency boring response within (24) hours and a completion time of three (3) days. For all non-emergency work orders, a quote must be submitted within three (3) days, with project completion occurring between seven (7) to ten (10) days. Any percentage mark up on manufacturers wholesale price for parts and materials, regardless of manufacturer (cost plus mark-up %) original itemized invoices shall be submitted as required. NOTE: When unable to perform directional boring activities for the installation of various sized conduits due to unlocated subsurface utilities within the work area; hand trenching in lieu of directional boring will be required to perform the task.

The City of Clearwater is seeking sealed proposals to provide on-call construction cost estimating and advisory services.

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking bids from a qualified vendor to perform four (4) partial filter media replacements at the Northeast Water Reclamation Facility (NEWRF), located at 1160 62nd Avenue NE. The project consists of removing, disposing, and replacing the top layers of filter media within the existing four (4) filter beds, including approximately 30 inches of anthracite coal, 10 inches of filter sand, and 2 inches of x gravel per filter bed. All existing lower gravel and underdrain tile systems shall remain in place and protected throughout the work.

This project is an interim rehabilitation effort to restore the performance of the existing filter station until a new parallel filter facility is constructed in the coming years. The work for this project will include removal, proper handling, disposal, and replacement of filter media in accordance with American Water Works Association (AWWA) B100 and MBM-S-100 specifications. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the project, for all four existing filter beds, in a manner that maintains the integrity of the existing structure and minimizes operational disruption.

The City has intentionally not included cubic yard quantities in the solicitation. The dimensions and depths of the filter cells vary, and bidders are expected to determine quantities based on the as-built drawings and specified media layer thicknesses. To ensure accurate estimating, the City has provided the as-built filter drawings as part of the bid documents under Attachments. The vendor shall calculate the volume of each filter media layer based on the dimensions and the replacement depths provided in the Scope of Work. The inch measurements in the Scope represent the finished depth of the media layers to be installed, consistent with AWWA B100 and the project specification MBM-S-100, and are industry standard for defining filter media placement thickness.

Pinellas County seeks Professional Engineering Services to complete design and post-design construction phase services for a new Utility Operations Center (UOC) at the Logan Pumping Station Site. The objective of this project is to address the countys growing need for resilient, multifunctional facilities capable of supporting continuous operations during emergency events. Services shall include, but not limited to, design plans and specifications, permitting, CMAR coordination, engineering services, service during construction, grant coordination, and all appurtenances and associated works that may be required to perform full and final design work for construction of the new Logan UOC building.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide the implementation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) treatment to meet Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and compliance milestones by April 2031 (the Project). The Project is needed to address PFAS regulations implemented by the EPA. Respondents should have an established reputation and documented successful experience in providing planning, design, permitting, and implementation of water quality improvement projects, ion exchange systems, and/or PFAS treatment solutions for water facilities, in compliance with applicable EPA and state regulatory requirements. The Proposer selected is expected to have appropriately experienced staff and resources to provide comprehensive, reliable products and services regarding the Project and will be required to demonstrate this via the submittal documents and/or associated interviews, if deemed necessary.

The Carpenter Complex includes the 20,700 square foot indoor, climate-controlled training center (David P. Montgomery Baseball Performance Center) and the two-story 11,000 square foot clubhouse building surrounded by an open porch of approximately 3,000 SF. This work is for concrete repair and painting at the facility. All work in this scope is for the David Montgomery Training Building and the club house.

In any given year, a variety of short-term needs arise that require Tampa Bay Water to respond timely to issues concerning hydrological/hydrogeological investigations and regulatory compliance. Assignments under these task-based Contracts are described within this RFP. Respondents should have an established reputation and documented successful experience in providing As Needed Hydrogeological Services. The Proposer selected is expected to have appropriately experienced staff and resources to provide comprehensive, reliable products and services regarding the Project and will be required to demonstrate this via the submittal documents and/or associated interviews, if deemed necessary. Tampa Bay Water will select five (5) firms for five-year contracts for As-Needed Hydrogeological Services. Firms selected for this service will be utilized on a task order basis for a variety of projects. In any given year, a variety of short-term needs arise that require Tampa Bay Water to respond timely to issues concerning hydrological/hydrogeological investigations and regulatory compliance. Assignments under these task-based contracts are expected to include but are not limited to: permitting assistance, statistical analysis, groundwater flow and transport modeling, geotechnical and geophysical testing and analysis, groundwater monitoring well design, installation, and repair, production well inspection, testing, and rehabilitation, production and monitor well abandonment data analysis to assess impacts to aquifers and surface water bodies related to wellfield pumping, and water quality data assessments and monitoring programs. Many of these assignments arise from our implementation of Water Use Permit Special Conditions. In order to manage workload variations (both within each year and from year to year), Tampa Bay Water has traditionally utilized outside consultants with relevant experience and CONTRACT NOS. 2027011-015 8 expertise for short-term assignments rather than acquiring additional staff. This has proven to be a cost-effective means of accomplishing the required work in a timely manner. Qualified submittals will be scored and ranked according to the scoring criteria provided in this RFP.
