St. PeteClearwater International Airport (PIE) is seeking an annual maintenance and repair contract for its Access Control System and Video Management System. The roof on the City of Largos Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse has reached the end of its useful life. The City wishes to hire a roofing contractor to remove and dispose of the old roof and gutters and install a new roof and gutters while allowing the facility to stay open.

The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of the following.

1.Disconnect and removal of existing theatrical lighting system components included light fixtures, wiring, control equipment, and wiring devices.

2. Provide, install, and program a new theatrical lighting system. Provide a complete functional system with initial setup and programming.

3. Provide and install complete new video projection system to include motorized roll down rear projection screen, projector, input ports, digital media switching and controls, and interface with existing theater audio system.

4. Provide, install, and program a new HOUSE lighting control system. Provide a complete functional control system with initial setup and programming.

5. Contractor to provide Contextual Training based on knowledge level and system functionality. System set up and training should leave the end user with the ability to operate the system for a basic event. Template show file with system patch, submaster for house lights and a simple stage wash, and a magic sheet plot showing intensity and color. Training duration shall be 8 hours consisting of two 4-hour sessions on separate days. Contractor shall video record the training session and provide the recording as part of the close out process.

6. Contractor shall provide a lighting system technician that is familiar with the system to assist with the end users first show. Technician shall attend first show to assist with lighting and shall be available during setup to assist or answer questions.

7. Contractor responsible for patching and painting areas that are damaged or become inconsistent due to demolition of equipment or wiring.

Work in this project includes the installation of a new wastewater collection system consisting of approximately 2,800 linear feet of force main and four wastewater pumping stations in Philippe Park that will replace four onsite septic collection systems. The City of St. Petersburg ("City") is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for the installation of a conventional split style AC system sized for 3.5-tons. The system will be mounted on the floor and would require a new outdoor condenser unit, indoor air handler unit, and associated refrigerant piping. This system will replace the current 5-ton Libert unit, which will have to be uninstalled and disposed of by the vendor. A separate humidifier system must be installed as well, as conventional split style AC units do not have humidifier capability. A standalone humidifier with a capacity of 5 pounds per hour is recommended for this application.

Pinellas County is undertaking the replacement of an existing force main along 54th Avenue North, extending from the west side of St. Joes Creek to 74th Street North, then tying-in to the existing 36 force main at the South Cross Bayou Water Reclamation Facility. The project involves replacing approximately 1137 linear feet (LF) of an existing 24-inch prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) force main due to compromised conditions downstream of the project site. The existing downstream force main has ruptured twice, resulting in sewage spills. Due to those past pipe failures, the force main within 54th Avenue North is being replaced as a preventative measure.

In accordance with the attached specifications, it is the intent of Pinellas County to establish a contract with qualified vendors to provide Tree Maintenance Services, including services for stormwater facilities, outparcels, and other designated County-owned or managed properties listed in Tree Location and Information attachment.
