The locations includes a range of administrative, judicial, operational, and public service buildings such as 310 Court Street (Planning), 315 Court Street (New County Courthouse), 324 South Fort Harrison Avenue (Old Courthouse complex), 333 Chestnut Street (Communications), 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, the 509 East Avenue multi-building campus, the 22211 US Highway 19 North complex, North Maintenance facilities, Code Enforcement, Utilities locations, and other specialty operational sites.

These facilities represent a diverse mix of high-traffic public-facing environments, secure operational areas, multi-building campuses, and departmental office spaces. Carpeted areas within these buildings experience varying levels of use based on occupancy, public access, and operational function. Verification data confirms that current cleaning protocols include both hot water extraction and low-moisture cleaning methods, with service frequencies generally ranging from semi-annual to annual depending on facility type and demand.

Due to the diversity of facility types, service frequencies, and grouped campus locations, a competitively awarded countywide contract is necessary to standardize service expectations, clarify approved cleaning methodologies, and establish consistent unit pricing. A formal agreement will also improve scheduling coordination across multi-building campuses, strengthen service accountability, and provide flexibility for unscheduled or emergency cleaning beyond routine preventive cycles.

By consolidating carpet cleaning services under a structured procurement, the County will enhance asset preservation, extend the useful life of carpet systems, and maintain consistent facility presentation standards across its CPM-managed portfolio and associated operational locations.

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide aquatic chemical application (alum) services to a residential stormwater pond.

Services requested involved the procurement and application of liquid alum in a 26-acre stormwater pond in the City of St. Petersburg. Dosage is as prescribed by the city's management plan with an total application as 15,600 gallons of alum for a targeted dose rate of 9 mg Al/liter. Alum is used to target excess phosphorous in the lake and application rate is selected to cap the sediments and reduce nutrient flux to improve water quality.

Access is available from the right-of-way, which is a residential neighborhood, to the shoreline of the stormwater pond and must be completed in no less than 48 hours. Application is typically done from small skiffs and workboats and evenly dispersed around the lake.

The City of Treasure Island (the City) wishes to keep under contract a number of qualified consultants to assist with various projects, generally under the direction of the Department of Public Works. Under this solicitation, the City is seeking consultants qualified in the discipline of Movable Bridge Engineering. Work under this discipline will include but is not limited to the evaluation of the Citys infrastructure, inspection, maintenance, management of all movable bridge components, fender systems, lighting, approaches, gages, controls and electronics, and generators, as requested, and other services as needed by the City.

This project consists of the replacement and upgrade of key pumping and support systems at the City of Dunedins Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1140 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. Work includes removing and replacing three (3) Return Activated Sludge (RAS) pumps, two (2) Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) pumps, and three (3) Filter Feed pumps, along with associated ductile iron piping, stainless steel and ductile iron fittings. The project also includes construction of new concrete pump mounting pads, replacement of level instrumentation and the instrumentation control panel, and integration with the SCADA system. Additional improvements include the replacement of the existing aluminum access hatch and upgrades to electrical disconnects and associated wiring for all replaced pumps.

Provide design, permitting and construction services for the replacement of the Shuffleboard Clubhouse.

1st Street and 1st Ave NW Restoration, City of Largo FL

This project is at the City of Dunedin Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), 1140 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, and includes providing temporary power to maintain continuous operation of the WWTP during upgrades to the existing emergency generator system. Work involves installing and operating a temporary generator, relocating and replacing generator components, upgrading associated mechanical and electrical systems, and demolishing and restoring affected facilities in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
