Description
The Project involves demolition of existing infrastructure and the construction of a transfer pump station, clearwells and a high-service pump system at the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant (SCWTP) in Dunwoody, Georgia, and will be delivered under a Design-Build Agreement. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements that will be evaluated for performance of CM services on the Project. The anticipated CM services Scope of Work is detailed in Section II, Scope of Work. This RFP, including all attachments, exhibits, and referenced documents, sets forth the requirements, expectations, and conditions under which the Consultant shall provide CM and inspection services for the Project. The RFP forms part of the Contract Documents and shall be used to guide the scope, pricing, and performance of CM services throughout the duration of the Project.
