The City of Dunwoody is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified playground vendors/contractors to provide turnkey services for the design, procurement, furnishing, delivery, and installation of new playground equipment and associated site improvements for the hillside area adjacent to the multiuse fields at Brook Run Park, 4770 N. Peachtree Rd., Dunwoody, Georgia. The purpose of this project is to obtain a complete, code-compliant, safe, durable, and maintainable playground solution appropriate for a hillside site and suitable for public use. The selected proposer shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, design services, construction-ready documents, permitting coordination as required, and installation necessary to deliver a complete and operational playground project.

The Project includes the following Work: Milling of existing asphalt pavement, patching of asphalt pavement (as required), new asphalt pavement, new roadway striping and signing, raising, or lowering structures, and traffic control necessary to install the authorized work on various streets within the City of Chamblee.

Removal, and replacement of designated sidewalks, sidewalk sections, curbing, and curb ramps associated within the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) area, as defined by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Specifications and details can be found in (Exhibit B, Specifications and Scope of Work, Bid Schedule). The Contractor shall provide all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, materials, and labor specified in the Contract Documents, or by any other means necessary to complete the installation or repair of ADA compliant ramps and sidewalk sections identified in this Contract. Unless otherwise directed, all work performed shall be in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportations (GDOT) Standard Road Specifications, Construction of Transportation Systems (Current edition) and Accessibility Standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Project-related materials used to complete this contract must be furnished by GDOT-certified suppliers.

The Contractor shall provide commercial lawn and grounds maintenance services for all grounds surrounding the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant, located at 4830 Winters Chapel Road, Doraville, Georgia 30360, including the areas associated with the three (3) reservoirs, dikes, rip-rap embankments, toe drains, storm drains, runoff drainage systems, and frontage areas along the two (2) roads adjacent to Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant.

DeKalb County School District (hereinafter referred to as "the District") is seeking responses from qualified, licensed, and experienced vendors to provide comprehensive electronic recycling and disposal services. The District estimates that approximately 60 pallets of electronic waste are accumulated each month across its facilities. This quantity may fluctuate due to seasonal or operational factors. The awarded offeror will be responsible for the safe, secure, and environmentally responsible disposal of surplus and obsolete electronic equipment from over 135 facilities within the District.

The Project involves demolition of existing infrastructure and the construction of a transfer pump station, clearwells and a high-service pump system at the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant (SCWTP) in Dunwoody, Georgia, and will be delivered under a Design-Build Agreement. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements that will be evaluated for performance of CM services on the Project. The anticipated CM services Scope of Work is detailed in Section II, Scope of Work. This RFP, including all attachments, exhibits, and referenced documents, sets forth the requirements, expectations, and conditions under which the Consultant shall provide CM and inspection services for the Project. The RFP forms part of the Contract Documents and shall be used to guide the scope, pricing, and performance of CM services throughout the duration of the Project.

The Dunwoody Gateway Signs project work consists of site preparation, monument sign installation, lighting and landscaping at 13 locations identified in the construction drawings. The Bid also includes an add alternate for 9 of the 13 locations. The City of Decatur is soliciting sealed bids for the City of Decatur, Parkwood Traffic Calming Improvements at East Lake Road, US 278/SR10 project.
