The City of Dunwoody is requesting an Informal Written Quote from qualified firms to provide park design and concept planning services for Springwood Park, a 5.47-acre park located at 249 Perimeter Center Pkwy, Dunwoody, Georgia. The selected consultant will support future park planning by facilitating public engagement and producing a final concept plan with planning-level cost information.
Springwood Park is intended to be evaluated as part of the Citys ongoing parks planning efforts. The consultant shall assess existing site conditions and opportunities, develop alternatives for future park improvements, and prepare a concept plan that can guide future capital planning, grant applications, and phased implementation.
