The scope of the Project generally consists of the following major items, but is not limited to: Site development and site utilities Regrading of the site per the permitted construction documents Modification and improvement of the existing tiered tennis center structure ADA accessibility upgrades and improvements Construction of a new tennis pro shop building All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems associated with the building Landscaping and site restoration
