Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive, sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the Restoration of Landscape and Concrete Resulting from Utility Repairs on a Multi- Year Contract of five (5) years for the Department of Water Resources (DWR).

The County intends to select and award to two (2) contractors for this contractor. The primary contractor will be the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and will be the main contractor for this contract. The next lowest responsive, responsible bidder will be the secondary contractor for this contract. If the primary bidder is unable to schedule and complete restoration task at a specific location within twentyone (21) days of the work order being issued, the County representative may contact the secondary vendor to perform the work. The County may or may not require the services of the secondary during the contract period. They will only be used if the primary is unable to perform the services within the specified time frame. If both contractors are unable to perform services within the time specified, the County may choose to assess penalties per the contract.

This contract is for the restoration of public and/or private property that has been damaged, harmed, changed, touched, or otherwise affected in some way by the activities of the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources. These activities include but are not limited to planned, unplanned, and/or emergency repairs and maintenance projects in, on, and around County easements, roads, and right-of-way, County property and facilities, State and Municipal rights-of-way, and privately owned residential and commercial properties.

Restoration of these sites may include but are not limited to, minor to moderate asphalt reconstruction of roadways, concrete flat work, construction/reconstruction of minor drainage structures, sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways, grading, landscaping, irrigation repair, masonry structures, fence, removal and disposal of unsuitable material and other inert debris.

The City of Duluth is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, material and equipment necessary to perform concrete driveway removal, grading and subgrade preparation, unsuitable soil remediation as needed, graded aggregate base course installation, concrete driveway and curb & gutter installation. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, the applicable drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract.

The contract will include one concrete driveway project for the scope listed above.

This Project includes the following Work: Installation of a new replacement water line for a portion of an existing 8-inch PVC water distribution main. The awarded contractor is expected to substantially complete the work by August 1, 2026.

The SCOPE OF WORK includes: The scope for this project includes asphalt surface improvements, striping and signage. As indicated on the design, sections of asphalt surfaces will be improved through full-depth removal, milling & overlay, and crack fill and sealing. Any wheel stops, signs, and posts affected by construction must be securely reinstalled. Striping and other marking must be installed as indicated on the design. NOTE: All ADA curb modifications are not included in the IWQ and will be completed by the stand-by contractor

The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for a road resurfacing project as a part of the citys 2025 road resurfacing program. The 19 roads are displayed in the maps included as Appendix A.

The project will consist of milling and resurfacing to include repairing the existing pavement base where needed, resurfacing of adjacent driveways to meet street pavement grades, adjustments of water valves and manholes, and the insulation of pavement striping and markings as directed. The project also addresses Bolton Circle for full depth reclamation. Please refer to exhibits attached. The scope includes 19 roads within city limits.

This item of work shall consist of utilizing existing inventory of decorations and/or lights (Decorations) existing design features and the lease and installation of new or replacement decorations as needed. The project consists of approximately 3.3 miles of shared-use path beginning southeast of Buford Highway/US23/SR13 on S. Cemetery Street and ending near Pinnacle Way. The trail includes a combination of various on-street and off-street segments including the roadway segments along the northern shoulder of Mitchell Road from Price Place to approximately 600 feet southeast of Station Circle, the western shoulder of Pinnacle Way from Brook Hollow Parkway to Beaver Ruin Road/SR 378, and along the southern shoulder of Price Place from Mitchell Road Beaver Ruin Road/SR 378. The undeveloped section of the Shared-Use path will include two bridges and boardwalk sections. This section extends from Mitchell Road to the existing Pinnacle Park SharedUse path.

The Work to be completed for this Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, earthwork, construction operations, details, supervision, and coordination of all trades, utility suppliers, governmental inspections, and approvals to complete the construction, installation, and coordination for the City of Dacula "Brookton Chase Court and Brookton Downs Subdivision Asphalt Repaving Project" as follows: The scope of work for Brookton Chase Court includes performing Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) which requires milling 3-1/2" of existing asphalt and subgrade material; then mixing Type I Portland Cement at a spread rate of 65 lbs/sy. Contractor will then install 2" of 19mm asphalt binder course; apply tack coat and then top with 1-1/2" of Type 2 - 'F' Mix (9.5mm) surface course asphalt pavement. Contractor shall re-establish crown in center of road when installing pavement to promote positive drainage to existing curb & gutter and storm drainage inlets. Existing asphalt cores based on SGC report reveal asphalt thicknesses of 1-1/2" to 2-1/2". Brookton Downs Subdivision consists of Brookton Drive, Brookton Lane, and Brookton Woods Way. Brookton Drive and Brookton Lane have been repaved multiple times over the years, so asphalt is built up above the gutter line. Existing asphalt cores based on SGC report reveal asphalt thicknesses of 3-3/4" to 5". Contractor will utilize variable depth milling to re-establish crown in center of road and to achieve proposed pavement that is flush with gutter line. A tack coat will then be applied prior to installing 1" of 'D' mix asphalt binder course pavement. An additional tack coat will then be applied prior to installing 1-1/2" of Type 2 - 'F' mix (9.5 mm) Surface Course Pavement over the entire streets.
