Description
The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for a road resurfacing project as a part of the citys 2025 road resurfacing program. The 19 roads are displayed in the maps included as Appendix A.
The project will consist of milling and resurfacing to include repairing the existing pavement base where needed, resurfacing of adjacent driveways to meet street pavement grades, adjustments of water valves and manholes, and the insulation of pavement striping and markings as directed. The project also addresses Bolton Circle for full depth reclamation. Please refer to exhibits attached. The scope includes 19 roads within city limits.
