The work consists of the following major elements: Furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the rehab of the influent pump station at the Linwood WRF located at 500 Linwood Drive, Gainesville, GA 30501. The work will include the demolition of a concrete baffle wall in the existing wet well, the construction of a new baffle and divider wall with slide gates, the installation of a surge tank, construction of a small compressor building, replacement of four 20 check valves, concrete repair inside the wet well, DIP piping, and long-term by-pass pumping of active sewage

The Project will consist of Work occurring at two different sites. Work at Riverside WTP consists of the following major elements: Demolition of the existing high service pump No. 6 and raw water pump No. 4 motor control centers and variable frequency drives and the installation of the new high service pump No. 6 and raw water pump No. 4 motor control centers and variable frequency drives. Work at Lakeside WTP consists of the following major elements: Demolition of the existing high service pump No. 1 motor control center and variable frequency drive and the installation of the new high service pump No. 1 motor control center and variable frequency drive.

The City of Gainesville Department of Water Resources is seeking the services of an MV/LV/HV Switchgear Contractor (who specializes in circuit breaker refurbishment and switchgear maintenance) for the preventative maintenance services and repairs of circuit breakers, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and protection relays for the Citys 12.470kV and 480V electrical distribution systems. This scope includes the craftsmen, special test equipment, materials and tools as required to perform both corrective and preventative maintenance services on the Citys electrical equipment. This will include but not be limited to; inspection, maintenance, and repairs of circuit breakers and associated circuit breaker equipment within the switchgear for each breaker identified, MV and LV switchgear, motor control centers, and protection relay replacement and testing. The maintenance and repair of circuit breakers, switchgear, MCCs, and protection relays services will be performed on a schedule that is mutually agreeable to both the City and Contractor. The contract will be issued as a yearly contract based on the workload and availability of electrical equipment within the distribution network renewable if agreed upon by the City and the Contractor and with no changes in price and scope.

The City of Flowery Branch, Georgia (henceforth referred to as the "City"), is soliciting proposals from qualified Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Integrators to provide both ongoing/as-needed SCADA maintenance and advisory services, and to perform capital improvements on/for the Citys existing SCADA system. The project includes the Citys SCADA monitoring and control system at one (1) office location, with Remote Telemetry Units (RTUs) at one (1) booster pump station, two (2) elevated tank sites, and one (1) well house site. The selected Integrator will be required to coordinate all SCADA system design, installation, and configuration with the Citys Information Technology (IT) Department to ensure network security, proper firewall configuration, and secure remote access in accordance with industry cybersecurity best practices. This project will be funded through the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), and all applicable State and Federal requirements will apply. Respondents must review and adhere to all GEFA-related special conditions and supplemental requirements.

This project consists of removal and replacement of existing 8-inch sewer mains along Cove Creek Drive and Spring Street, installation of new ductile iron sewer mains, manholes, and associated appurtenances, and abandonment of select existing lines. The project also involves bypass pumping, pipe penetrations, an aerial crossing over an existing creek, and reconnection of services. Surface restoration includes asphalt milling and overlay, sidewalk and guardrail replacement, and site cleanup. Work is to be completed with traffic control, erosion control, and all necessary mobilization.

To provide Plumbing Repair Services for Hall County with firm and fixed labor rates. This contract will begin upon contract execution and be in effect until June 30, 2027. The successful bidder may be allowed up to four (4), one (1) year renewals with the same terms and conditions.

All Plumbing Repair Services and installation work shall be performed by a Technician or Contractor licensed by the Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board, Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers.

The Contractor shall provide the County with electrical repair services on an asneeded basis at the hourly pay rates identified in Exhibit C Mandatory Cost Proposal Worksheet. County will not pay separate fees for permits, trip charges, fuel surcharges, etc. All fees and materials are to be incorporated and included in subsequent quotes.

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the completion of assigned tasks.
