238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint designated exterior building elements at the Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702. The project is to prepare and paint various exterior building elements at the Boise VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, follow manufacturer instructions and VA standards, and coordinate all work with the COR and Facility Engineering. Key requirements include cleaning, repairing, and priming surfaces; protecting surrounding areas; matching existing colors; and fixing any damage caused during the work. All surfaces must be properly prepped by removing dirt, loose paint, and defects, then patched and spot primed as needed.
