Description
Description of the Work: Replace the existing fluorescent lighting with new LED lighting. The new lights will be configured with automation controls and daylight harvesting sensors to reduce energy consumption. Upgrade the existing emergency lighting system with new mesh network self-reporting system. Bid Alternate to include: HVAC occupancy sensor removal and HVAC integration with lighting controls.
