Description
Scope of Work: Consultant to support long range planning for three (3) potential urban expansion areas located at the citys edge: the South Airport, East Columbia, and Third Bench areas. The consultant will evaluate the long-term feasibility and implementation considerations associated with potential expansion of the city and its Area of Impact. The primary outcome of this work will be an Area Expansion Feasibility Study that evaluates the potential for future expansion and serves as the foundation for potential subsequent community engagement and/or Comprehensive Plan amendments. Final deliverables will include a summary report and all necessary supporting technical appendices.
