This project consists of HMA surface removal, 2 HMA binder and 1 HMA surface, constructing 4 foot paved shoulders with milled rumble strips; aggregate wedge shoulders, removing and replacing concrete gutter, removing and replacing guardrail, and installing pavement markings. The project is located 0.1 miles east of IL 96 (N) to 0.1 miles east of 1343rd Lane (Old US 24) east of Fowler.

The work on this section shall consists of milling and resurfacing North 36th Street (Co Hwy 15) with 1 HMA Binder Course and Polymerized 1 HMA Surface Course. Additional work includes pavement patching, longitudinal joint sealant, pavement markings, inlet lid replacement, and other ancillary work. The work begins on North 36th Street at Sta. 100+00 (84 Ft South of Wavering Park Road) then proceeding northerly to Sta. 139+20 (78 Ft South of Wisman Lane).

The proposed improvements consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, and material necessary for HMA resurfacing, HMA and aggregate shoulders, ADA improvements, guardrail replacement, bridge deck repairs, and any other miscellaneous work necessary to complete this project. FLOORING IMPROVEMENTS Hallway Floor Repair: Inspect and repair existing sub-floor areas to ensure level and stable surfaces prior to new flooring installation. Flooring Replacement: Remove and dispose of existing flooring materials in repaired area. Install new commercial-grade flooring with proper adhesives, transition strips, and base molding in the repaired area.
