The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Mechanical and Plumbing Services. The Contractor shall be required to perform Mechanical and Plumbing Services at any WSSC facility located within Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties, Maryland. Purpose of contract is to procure qualified contractor to replace the existing bridge on Abingdon Road. This is a federally funded bridge replacement project with FHWA. This is a joint bid between Harford County, Maryland and the State of Maryland.

The project consists of: removing existing inlets and stormdrain pipes, installing new inlets and stormdrain pipes, constructing new trapezoidal waterways with optional berms and driveway tie-ins, and removing trees as part of Clearing and Grubbing. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Division of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening.

Richlyn Manor Force Main. Work includes the construction of approximately 4,450 feet of 10-inch ductile iron pipe force main and 250 feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe gravity sewer in the Perry Hall area of Baltimore County. The force main will extend from the proposed Richlyn Manor Sanitary Pumping Station located at 9950 Richlyn Drive, Perry Hall, Maryland. The force main is to be located within Richlyn Drive before continuing onto Forge Road where it will terminate at a new gravity manhole prior to discharging into manhole number 69669 located east of Gunforge Road.

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) providers to design, furnish, install, operate, maintain, and decommission a turn-key installation of approximately 2.25 MW DC of rooftop and carport solar PV across 7 City facilities.

This project involves replacement of existing 24-inch valve and vault installed in 1999, with new 24-inch valve. The project is located near the intersection of Randolph Road and Old Columbia in Silver Spring, MD Montgomery County, within the 495A pressure zone The primary function of a valve of this size is to isolate sections of the transmission main during repairs and replacement work.Proper function of this valve minimizes the length and time that this transmission main is down during work on this water main.The condition of large valves is based on leak and repair history, inspection results, operational status, age and condition.Troubled valves are typically identified during the inspection or operation of said valve and reported to the Utility Service and/or System Controls Divisions.The order of replacement is then primarily driven by failure mechanism, importance and location of the valve. This valve is part of 24-inch transmission main that transports water to the Colesville Elevated tank.The valve was identified in 2019 for replacement by the Utility Services Division as a result of an inspection, that found the valve stem to be free spinning, blind flanged and missing internal gates.Ultimately the valve couldnt be repaired and was recommended for replacement.With this valve being inoperable, it can affect the level of service and ability of WSSC to provide water to a significant number of customers in both commercial/industrial and residential locations as well as the water levels in the Colesville Elevated tank within southern Montgomery County.

The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed quotes from qualified contractors to provide septic hauling, combination truck, and line jetting services on an as-needed basis throughout Charles County, Maryland. The successful contractor(s) will be responsible for scheduled septic pumping at the Chapel Point Woods Water Filtration Plant, as well as emergency and overtime hauling to the Mattawoman Wastewater Treatment Plant. Services must be available seven days a week, with emergency response required within two hours of notification.

Project work includes: Construction of a new well house, water line and connections to the treatment plant buildings. Installation of new electrical duct bank connecting to an existing manhole. In addition, must perform all sitework including establishment of erosion and sediment controls, site grading, and pavement restoration.

The City of New Carrollton (hereinafter "the City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase, fabrication, permitting, and installation of three (3) full-color LED Electronic Message Center (EMC) signs at three locations. The project consists of two (2) double-faced signs and one (1) single-faced sign. The City seeks a turnkey solution for each location that includes the LED display, identification cabinet, structural support, electrical connection, software, and all required permits and inspections. The Carroll County Department of Planning and Land Management (County) is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm (Consultant) to provide engineering design and permitting services for the rehabilitation of Piney Run Dam, Maryland Dam No. 139 (National Inventory of Dams MD00139) located in Piney Run Park in Sykesville, Maryland. 562112 - Hazardous Waste Collection. The work on this contract will primarily focus on the NIST Gaithersburg, MD Site, the DoC Boulder Labs and one annual waste pickup at the NIST WWV/WWVB broadcast facility near Fort Collins, CO. The Gaithersburg site occupies almost 600 acres and includes over 60 Buildings and over 1000 research laboratories. The DOC Boulder Labs site occupies approximately 200 acres and includes 23 buildings. The NIST WWV/WWVB broadcast facility includes two (2) buildings. Some emergency response tasks may be required at the NIST Gaithersburg, MD and Boulder, CO Site.

The Mayor & City Council of Ocean City is seeking BIDs from qualified and experienced Vendors to provide for the Eagles Landing Plant Mitigation and for said work to conform with the BID Documents. The Town of Ocean City is conducting a renovation project that will address tidal flooding by raising affected area(s) of the golf course. This project has impacts as defined in the Maryland Critical Area and requires a mitigation effort of no less than fifty-five thousand nine hundred (55,900) critical area points for restoration.
