The County is seeking qualified vendors to maintain and repair County owned sewage pumps and related equipment. Scope: Vendor shall purchase, maintain and repair vertical, centrifugal, wet pit submersible and dry pit submersible sewage pumps, and related equipment for the Department of Public Works, Wastewater Division or other County facilities on a time and material basis which the County may require during the period of time specified.

Cecil County Department of Public Works is seeking vendors to provide maintenance, cleaning, inspections, testing, and repairs to various fuel holding tanks within the county. Services may include, but not limited to the following list of potential tasks: Inspection; Quarterly replacement of fuel filters at fuel dispensing locations; Testing: Perform any/all required testing of tanks and equipment as required by federal/state, and local directives; Testing of fuel to ensure if meets Colonial Pipeline specifications as required or when requested by the County; Fuel cleaning, as needed; Repairs as needed; Upgrades as required; Replacement of above ground and underground storage tanks and miscellaneous equipment; Investigation of tank and /or equipment releases; and Remediation: To coincide with any releases, the vendor shall provide its proposed solution to remediate any impacted area back to acceptable standards.

The project consists of furnishing and installing various configurations of new w-beams, posts, offset blocks, and end sections, and removal and resetting of existing w-beam systems, traffic control and other pertinent items for the assigned work. Project sites are located throughout Cecil County, Maryland and will be identified by the Roads Division. In addition, the project includes providing stock inventory of w-beam components for w-beam repairs to existing systems by County forces.

Allegany County will receive bids for the Rehabilitation of Borden Tunnel Great Allegheny Passage Pedestrian Trail, consisting of the installation of a metal lining system including repairs to the existing tunnel, foundation system, drainage system, and reinstallation of existing LED lighting fixtures on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP)Trail in Frostburg, Maryland.

Montgomery County is accepting bids for Refrigeration Maintenance & Repair Services. The Contractor must provide quarterly preventative maintenance services which include the ability to test, troubleshoot and repair the equipment listed in Attachment D. The County reserves the right to add and/or replace equipment with the same or similar type/brand of equipment. Preventive maintenance is the work required to check, adjust, clean, and service equipment according to the manufacturers recommendations / specifications. All preventive maintenance and repairs must comply with the relevant equipment manufacturers recommendations. All work performed by the Contractor must meet local, state, and federal codes and standards and be performed under the Contractors license, if applicable. Preventive maintenance includes but is not limited to the following: The examination, lubrication, adjustment, and calibration of parts to include but not limited to belts, bearings, capacity and safety devises, check valves, condensate pumps, coils, control transformers, control wiring, dampers, electrodes, all filters, fuses, environmental controls, fans, motors and motor starters, pressure controls, compressors, refrigerant filters drier, refrigerant piping relays and all necessary maintenance require to keep the units in proper and continuous operation. Repairs necessary to return the equipment to operational level. Minor repairs must be completed at the time of the scheduled inspection. Repairs that cannot be completed at the time of inspection, must be scheduled, and completed within 15 business days.

Project at the Hagerstown Skate Park consist of excavation and backfilling; installation and compaction of graded aggregate base (GAB); preparation of subgrade; installation of 6-inch concrete; placement of topsoil; turf establishment including seeding and mulch; and all labor, materials, equipment, and all other related work items.

The St. Marys County Metropolitan Commission is currently soliciting bids for the provision of potable water tanker services to various sites located in St. Mary's County during scheduled outages, emergency situations and disaster conditions as necessary. This is an indefinite quantity contract where no minimum amount of work is guaranteed.

This project, located in Frederick and Washington Counties, is for Forest Planting and Establishment and Vegetation Management of existing Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Forest Planting BMPs located on partner properties of National Park Service (NPS) Antietam, in District 6, and Mount Saint Marys University (MSMU), in District 7.

This project at various locations in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties is for Areawide Mastic and Joint Crack Sealing. Work shall be performed as directed by the Engineer and may or may not be on a continual basis. Except for emergency conditions, it is unlikely that work will be scheduled for the months of November through March. The work will consist of the following: (a) Areawide Mastic and Joint Crack Sealing All locations for this contract will be identified after the project is awarded. Each task will indicate the scope, limits of work, the estimated quantities, and completion duration limits.

This project involves work assignments for the installation of new highway signs and the modification and/or removal of existing highway signs on interstate, state and local roads statewide. Assignments may include New Sign Installations - Ground Mounted (Extruded Aluminum/Sheet Aluminum) on Wood Supports, Steel Beam Supports, or Tubular Steel Supports, Banding of signs to new or existing supports, New Sign Installations (Extruded Aluminum) on new or existing Overhead Structures and/or Cantilever Structures, Sign Lighting Maintenance systems, Modification and Removal of Existing Highway Signs and/or Structures, Placing W - Beam Traffic Barrier and Associated End Treatments and New Pavement Markings, Preformed Symbols & Legends within District 6 and 7.

The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, permits including U&O (Unit of Occupancy Permit) and all other incidentals required to complete the work items listed below as requested by HABC, in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations: Vacant Unit Renovations - 2 Units at Douglass Homes. Work may include, but not be limited to: general construction, bathrooms, kitchen, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, doors and windows, painting/drywall repair, flooring.

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain all County-owned streetlights in PEPCO, Potomac Edison, and BG&E service areas, including all new lights to be installed during the life of this contract. All lights are underground-fed and primarily free-standing, but the inventory also includes lights mounted on signals, bridges (over/under), tunnels, and bollards. The underground cables transmitting power to the lights are owned and maintained by the utility companies. The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance of the above-ground infrastructure including all wires from the hand box (or the hand-hole at the base of the pole in case of direct-buried) to the luminaire. The only exceptions would be at sites described in Attachment K where the contractor shall also be responsible for the maintenance of the underground cables transmitting power to the lights. Contractor compensation for underground wire repairs shall be based on time and materials, to be approved and authorized by the Engineer in advance.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 562219 - Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. No down payments or advanced payments will be made to the awarded vendor. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Grit Removal and Disposal Services IAW SOW.

WSSC seeks to establish a contract with a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive water and wastewater engineering services. The scope of work includes asset armoring and rehabilitation design, urgent collection and distribution system asset rehabilitation designs, inspections, assessments, and evaluations. The consultant will also provide project management, monthly reporting, design services, engineering and technical support, and emergency engineering services.

Howard County intends to procure the services of a construction firm to perform the services identified in this contract. This project involves the replacement of the existing above ground fuel tanks and fuel dispensing equipment and all incidental work identified on the contract documents.

Work under this contract includes modification of an existing water treatment facility with existing resin exchange units to include the installation of cartridge filters; ultraviolet disinfection systems; PFAS removal system; instrumentation and control improvements; plumbing modification; wellhead protection; overhead door; hydropneumatic tank; emergency generator, and the replacement of exiting 4-inch finished water main with a new 8-inch main.
