The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for bridge preservation at Bridge S-04-008 (4BA) Chase Road over Route 6 WB & Bridge S-04-011 (4B9) Chase Road over Route 6 EB (Mid-Cape Highway) in Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Department in the Bridge - Construction category to bid on this project. This Contract contains Price Adjustments for steel, hot mix asphalt & Portland cement mixtures, diesel fuel & gasoline (Per Addendum No 1).
