The Project consists of but not limited to: Remove and dispose of existing ballasted built-up-roofing assemblies and all associated components down to the existing structural deck; install new 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roof assembly and all associated components where indicated on the drawings. Remove and dispose of existing railings and all associated components at Roof Area C; install new railings and all associated components at Roof Area C. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the following category of work, Roofing. Filed Sub-bid Due:Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM; Section 04 20 00 Masonry Section 22 00 00 Plumbing Section 23 00 00 Heating / Ventilating / Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Section 26 00 00 Electrical Work.
