Description
The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for HVAC repairs consisting of a renovation and retro-commissioning of the existing HVAC systems at the Northampton District 2 Office Building. The building shall be constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for Massachusetts State Project MassDOT Northampton District 2 Office Building. Mechanical system replacement and improvements including, but not limited to: a. Plumbing b. Mechanical c. Direct Digital Control (DDC) d. Electrical. Prime/General Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the HVAC category of work. Filed Sub-Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in their respective Categories of Work.
