The City of Amherst is submitting a 2026/2027 Local Parks Outdoor Recreation grant application to the Texas Park and Wildlife Department (TPWD). Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified engineer/engineering firm registered to practice in the State of Texas to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections.
