Description
The University of Massachusetts Amherst solicits sealed bids from Contractors for the Totman Simulation Suite & Bioprocessing Lab at Totman Gymnasium in Amherst MA. The Project consists of but not limited to: Renovation of rooms 010 and 011 in the basement of Totman Gymnasium to create a new Simulation Suite, Anthropometry space, and bioprocessing lab for SPHHS (School of Public Health & Health Sciences). General Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the following category of work, General Building Construction. Filed Sub-bids for the following trades will be received until 02 July 2026 at 12:00PM EDT: (1) Plumbing; (2) Heating / Ventilating / Air-Conditioning (HVAC) and (3) Electrical Work.
