Description
The Town of Hull, MA (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Secondary Clarifiers, Grit, and Building Upgrades (CWSRF #19112) for replacement of secondary clarifier mechanisms and associated pumps, piping, and valves; structural and architectural repairs and improvements to buildings (Base Work). Additional Work is included for bidding as Alternates (to be awarded at Owners option): Alternate A Scum Pump Replacement:; Alternate B - Influent Wet Well H2S Coating Alternate C Exterior Building Repairs; Alternate D - Grit System Replacement. Job Location: Wastewater Treatment Facility, 1111 Nantasket Avenue Hull, Massachusetts United States 02045. The General Bidder must be DCAMM certified for sewage and water treatment plants;. Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of Work (metal windows; waterproofing, damp-proofing and caulking; miscellaneous and ornamental iron; painting; heating, ventilating & air-conditioning; electrical work; masonry work).
