Description
Brockton Public Schools (BPS) is seeking qualifications from experienced, DCAMM-certified design professionals to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, energy, and construction administration services for the Plouffe Middle School Decarbonization & Energy Efficiency Project. The selected Designer will provide full professional services associated with phased decarbonization and modernization efforts including: Heat pump chiller replacement and electrification strategies Rooftop unit (RTU) replacement and modernization Building Management System (BMS) upgrades utilizing Automated Logic WebCTRL integration Electrical infrastructure and distribution upgrades Energy recovery and ventilation improvements Weatherization and building envelope improvements Potential solar photovoltaic integration Emergency generator and resiliency planning Construction administration and commissioning services
